The Ericksons' family portraits at the Houston Arboretum & Nature Center started with a stroll on the pond. We spotted a few birds, fish, and turtle friends. We moseyed down a windy trail where we let the kids run wild and took a few family portraits.

Their session was effortless and so much fun.

This is one of my favorite families to photograph. They are all about letting their kids be themselves with silly faces, following their speed, and prioritizing fun. In my opinion, this is the recipe for a stress-free session and beautiful family portraits.
